Laughter, adventure, and acceptance

A soft word – “Well, Good Morning” every day by the Farmer.
Where you saw light – Every night I look up to the heavens and check to see the moon and the stars, and I’m thankful for yet another day.

a gift found
On a paper– “Bought in 1923. In Peters Drug store in Pawnee, Okla. 19cents each.” Written on a scrap of paper by my Grandmother Ripley and tucked in between three clear glass bowls. I have loved using them. Now they live with my daughters.
On a person – enjoying that fresh washed baby powder scent on a little one while rocking it to sleep
In a picture – I love this Grannie’s arms and hands, sheltering, supporting, loving, being there with all she can
